New: # of new listings

BOM: # of listings that were "Back On The Market"

Pend # of listings that had offers pending

Pend/CS: Not sure, but usually means Offer pending but still showing the listing

Expr: # of listings that Expired (listing contract ended)

With" # of listings withdrawn from the market

Sold: # of listings that sold

Avg Sold$: average selling price

DOM: # of days on the market

Median Sold$: Median selling price
